Mac N’ Fry


3 TBS Oil
¼ C. purple onions
½ C. Zucchini, chopped
½ C. Red Bell Peppers, chopped
1 Tomato, diced
2-4 pieces of Boiled Chicken (5-6 if using drumsticks), cut up
3 C. cooked Macaroni noodles
Salt to taste
1 TBS Cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Black pepper
¼ C. Cream of chicken soup (from can, without milk mixed in)


Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan. Add purple onions and zucchini and cook until both are soft. Add red bell peppers, tomatoes, chicken pieces, salt and peppers. Fry until everything is heated and beginning to soften. Add macaroni noodles and cream of chicken soup. Mix together. Serve with cheese on top.
