Pizza Quesadillas

This is the easiest pizza you have ever made. They only take about 5 minutes, and what’s more, they’re sure to be a hit with everyone, no matter what age! Pepperoni, cheese, and crispy tortillas, they are great! That’s all that needs to be said. :)

Ingredients:

1 flour tortilla
3 TBS pizza sauce, or spaghetti sauce
15 pieces of pepperoni
1 handful of shredded cheese
Optional:
Bell pepper pieces
Olives
Mushrooms
Any other pizza topping you love!

Directions:

Preheat a pancake griddle to 350 F.
Lay the tortilla on the griddle and spread the pizza sauce on top of the entire tortilla. Place pepperoni, cheese and any other toppings over half of the tortilla. Fold the “empty” side of the tortilla over the “Topped” side, using a spatula. Let cook for 2 or 3 minutes or until nicely browned and crispy and then flip to the other side of the tortilla for the same results.
When nicely crunchy, remove from the griddle and slice into triangles with a pizza cutter. Enjoy!
