Taco Bake

No more Hamburger Helper! This is the easiest thing ever and it is super yummy! For me, it replaces funeral potatoes, and should be given to every hospital invalid when Relief Society decides to bring dinner in. This is good! :)
I was running low on ingredients, but other things like corn or olives would probably also be great in this!

1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 TBS taco seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5 oz)
1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
1 cup shredded cheese
1 lb frozen hash browns

Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a skillet, brown ground beef and onions together, until fully cooked. Add taco seasoning, garlic powder and cayenne. Mix together and then add the cream of chicken soup and diced tomatoes. Stir.
In a large mixing bowl combine shredded cheese and frozen hash browns. Pour ground beef mixture into the bowl and mix everything together. Pour into a 9×13 pan, and spread evenly.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until bubbly and brown.
