Easy Corned Beef Hash

My dad used to make this when we were kids, and now I make this for Limi (and our future kids). It’s great for breakfast or for dinner! This version is the easiest of the easiest… and hopefully you know what corned beef is. Brownie points for those who have actually had corned beef hash before.

Ingredients:

3 TBS oil
1 lb. frozen hash browns
6 oz. canned corned beef (1/2 a can)
1 tsp salt

Directions:

Heat oil in a large frying pan, over medium-high heat. Add frozen hash browns and salt and cook until no longer frozen and they are beginning to brown. Push hash browns to the side and add corned beef. With your spatula chop the corned beef into small pieces. Continue frying hash browns until golden brown. Feast immediately!
