Craisy Granola

This Granola is great as a cereal, as a dry snack, or on top of a yummy smoothie (try it with the Blueberry Banana Creamery!).


3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup rice crispies
3 TBS oil
1/2 cup chopped Almonds
3 TBS Molasses
2 TBS cinnamon sugar
3 TBS corn syrup
1/4 cup craisins (I like to use the strawberry flavored craisins)


Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix oats, rice crispies and oil in a deep dish pan. Add almonds, molasses, cinnamon sugar and corn syrup. Mix well, coating everything evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. While cooling add craisins and mix.
