Blueberry Banana Creamery

Limi and I were craving ice cream the other day, but it was late on a Sunday night, so going to buy some wasn’t an option. This is what I came up with instead. The beauty of it is that, while dismissing our cravings for ice cream, it has real fruit and no sugar in it! 100% healthy! For a great breakfast, top this smoothie with Craisy Granny’ola!


Ingredients:

1 cup orange juice
1 cup heavy cream
1 banana, frozen
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
4-6 ice cubes

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serves 2 (if you are feeling generous).
