PB Banana Stuffed French Toast

A yummy variation of my Blueberry Stuffed French Toast.

1 loaf Texas toast
3 bananas
Peanut Butter
6 eggs
1/2 Cup milk
1 tsp Vanilla

Spread peanut butter each piece of Texas toast. Slice bananas into 1/4 inch pieces. Press the bananas firmly into the peanut butter on half the slices of bread, as to ensure they stick. Using the remaining pieces of bread, make sandwiches, with the peanut butter side facing in.

Preheat the griddle to 350 F.

Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Dip the bread into the egg mixture and place on griddle. Cook till golden brown and then flip the toast to the other side. Spread a little butter on the tops of each piece of toast.

When the bottom side is also browned, remove from griddle and serve on a plate topped with maple syrup.
