Cut the watermelon into 1/2 inch cubes (no larger than grapes – trust me on this, bigger cubes aren’t so great for eating). Put the cubes in a colander and allow all the extra juices to drain out (you could save them and use them when making Fruitsicles!). Place the drained cubes in a sandwich bag or other container. Freeze for about 3-4 hours. Ready, set, snack!
