Ok, since the beginning of this month my mom has been coaching me to eat better. The challenges she gives me are based off of the “Clean Eating” and “Nutritarian” principles (Google it… you will find a lot about it!). I am not saying I don’t strictly eat according to those principles, or even perfectly healthy in any sense, for that matter… I am still a work in progress, but healthy eating is the ultimate goal. Well today’s challenge was to pay more attention to what you are eating when you eat-out. Make healthier choices, rather than succumbing to whatever tasty morsels first meet your eye.
